One Night Only Show!
In the month of September 8 artists from Germany and Switzerland show their work on paper and wood at BallardWorks. Anne Deifuss, Brigitta Heidtmann, Karin Templin-Glees, Heinrich Juettner, Urs Taverner, Werner
Ryschawy, Josef Boelting, Annegret Reichmann.
Seeing the line as their major expression the artists used paint, ink,
thread and wax in linear marks. In addition, the artists carved in wood,
added stitches on paper, widened the paint to precise forms, explored
uses for paper strips, found wood and monotypes. They dived into line
galore in wax and rendered dancing lines to showcase times and places.
Ballard Night Out is presented by Push/Pull - supporting arts and cultural events in Ballard's 98107 & 98117 zip codes.
